Prue Birch

A Tenterfield local with deep roots in the community, Prue has a solid background in both marketing and accounting, having studied in Brisbane and UNE.

In 1996, Prue and her husband Bruce Birch acquired Wilshire & Company, a prominent livestock agency, expanding into real estate in 2000. They franchised with Ray White Rural in 2003, establishing a strong presence in the market.

After selling the business to Ben Sharpe in 2015, Prue continued her role as office manager, leveraging her extensive experience and local knowledge to navigate fluctuating market conditions. Prue’s expertise remains a valuable asset, having proven critical to the business’s growth under Ray White and eventual journey to independence as APL Tenterfield.

Prue also works alongside Bruce on their family property, Mindoo, where they run a herd of Wagyu F1 cows and calves and operate a Hipcamp. Her comprehensive industry expertise and dedication to client satisfaction reflect her commitment to excellence and service.
